- Lead engaging demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect Outreach’s capabilities to business outcomes
- Collaborate with Account Executives to craft win strategies using various sales frameworks
- Create and maintain scalable demo assets, vertical playbooks, and industry-specific solution stories
- 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments
- Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C-suite alignment
- Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into clear, measurable solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for facilitating executive conversations and delivering compelling demos
- Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes
- Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent)
- Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories
- Proficiency in Demo2
Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and ROI analysis - Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor others
