The Opportunity

In your role as Project Delivery and Implementation Analyst you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

Working to reduce the time it takes for our projects to get delivered, including supporting customers with all aspects of their deliverables e.g., resourcing their team, securing hardware, infrastructure prerequisites, preparing data, putting together UAT testing plans, setting up users and permissions.

Providing best practice and improvement recommendations for internal processes e.g., installation process, kick off and workshop structure.

Focus on delivering successful projects in the shortest possible timeframe.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of a successful Risk Hub (ARIC) implementation project including helping our customers to prepare for each stage in the deployment lifecycle - from scoping to design, implementation and handover to post-live support. Take ownership of actions and follow through to completion, reporting accurately on project status.

Proactively identify and implement ways to improve the project delivery, e.g., holding additional workshops, demos, training, Q&A etc. Identify and anticipate scope creep, timescale issues etc.

Take the lead on internal and customer meetings where appropriate, handling questions confidently and supporting key project decisions.

Lead on requirements and user story assessments, including providing workarounds to the customer and project team.

Manage and govern customer environment and installation readiness processes, as well as user interface configuration and design. Keep up to speed on any changes to installation mechanisms or configuration across different versions of the Risk Hub (ARIC), advising the project team of any potential issues or concerns.

Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer for our customers (e.g., how projects are delivered, what they need to prepare, Risk Hub (ARIC) product features, roadmap, best practices etc.) through workshops and meetings.

Provide input on unique features we can use to meet or mitigate against customer security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Advocate for the customer when appropriate and raise gaps in requirements or expectations to the Project Manager, Product and/or Engineering in the form of Change Requests, feature requests, defect tickets etc.

Lead on customer systems integration and user acceptance testing phases, coordinating across the business to resolve and test defects while managing customer expectations.

Provide alternative approaches to solving difficult problems and confidently manage challenging situations.

Apply deep understanding of the industry, use cases and feature knowledge, proactively sharing information with team members to enable problem solving and remove project obstacles.

Be heavily involved in leading internal process improvement initiatives, proactively contributing to and managing knowledge bases. Routinely implement treatments, share knowledge, and enable delivery teams to deliver more efficiently and effectively.

Coach and develop team members, help with training and accreditation programs and recruitment.

Support the creation and review of commercial estimates for Implementation Consulting professional services. Review commercial SoWs to identify potential risks or misunderstandings prior to signature.
