Position Summary:

Provides computer hardware and software installation and support to end users throughout the hospital system.

• Two (2) years demonstrated work experience supporting personal computers and technology
• One (1) year professional work experience supporting personal computer software and building computer hardware for enterprise.
• Experience with standard operating systems and desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Professional)
• Must possess excellent analytical skills.
• Must possess excellent communications and customer service skills.

• Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or other technical field
• A+ certification or equivalent certifications
• Two (2) or more years experience in a professional environment supporting personal computer software, hardware build, installations, and end user support for enterprise or health care.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with standard enterprise information technologies (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Products, System Center, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop, Mobile Device Management)
• Experience working in technical support at a healthcare facility
