Business Initiative/
Purpose:
Agile Delivery for DC initiatives.
Bachelor Degree: Required.
Role Responsibilities- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and other key SAFe ceremonies.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
- Track and communicate ART progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Drive relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops and actionable feedback loops.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and delivery standards.
- Manage risks, elevate issues, and support effective decision-making.
- Champion the use of metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders for roadmap alignment.
- Support the development and growth of Scrum Masters and team members.
- Must demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and support team members, resolve conflicts, foster an inclusive culture, and effectively implement HR policies and performance reviews to support employee growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
- Solid background utilizing an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, SAFe) in software development, such as 4+ years as an Agile practitioner, or 3+ years as a scrum master, or 2+ years as an RTE.
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, communication (written and spoken), and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail and lean thinking.
- Articulate, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Banking/Finance experience.
