V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. Service Now Developer for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Service Now Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development and administration.
• Proficiency in Service Now APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Service Now platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).
• JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
• API integration (REST/SOAP web services).

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Service Now platform.
• Stay updated on the latest Service Now features and industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
