We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager with deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and econometrics to lead strategic client engagements and maximize business impact from our analytics solutions. This senior role requires a unique blend of relationship management, commercial acumen, and technical fluency in econometric modeling to guide clients’ marketing investment strategies and demonstrate value.
The Senior Manager reports to the Client Success Senior Director and works closely with the client leadership team to ensure optimal delivery and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in project management, client relationship management, and data analytics. The careful candidate can workეჰ in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively. They should have excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
