The IT Continuous Improvement Manager will lead structured problem‑solving efforts across the company using methodologies such as Kaizen, A3 thinking, and other lean tools. The focus will be on enabling scalable, process‑focused improvements and building the internal capabilities of teams to solve problems on their own. In addition, the role will include ITIL incident and problem management, and coordinating follow‑through on projects and priority requests.

• Lead structured, cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives focused on improving business processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and A3 problem‑solving workshops to drive clarity, alignment, and sustainable improvements.
• Lead ITIL incident management and problem management efforts.
• Coordinate follow‑through on projects and priority requests.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and support execution with a structured approach.
• Guide teams in setting meaningful, data‑driven targets and KPIs that integrate with business review cadences and ongoing performance management.
• Measure, track, and communicate program outcomes, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Help drive a culture of continuous improvement by designing and launching programs to educate, certify, and create champions of improvement across teams.
• Develop or adapt curriculum, toolkits, and templates to support self‑sufficient adoption of problem‑solving practices.
• Act as a culture builder and internal coach for a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors.
• Track progress and outcomes of improvement efforts, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Broad general knowledge of information technology functional areas including software development, cybersecurity and budget planning with deeper knowledge of infrastructure and operations processes and technology.
• Experience and ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Experience in project management and/or continuous improvement.
• Excellent customer‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
