Web Content Author + Designer

Compensation Range: $30 - 34 per hour

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Author / Designer to join the Digital Experience Design (DXD) team. In this role, you'll design, author, and publish digital content across Bose's direct-to-consumer experiences, helping bring brand stories to life across websites, email, and personalized digital touchpoints.

This role blends design execution, CMS authoring, and cross‑functional collaboration. You'll work closely with digital marketing, creative, and technical partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content experiences for a global audience.

• Design, author, and publish web and digital content across global Bose websites and digital channels.
• Create and version content to optimize website and email experiences.
• Prepare and assemble web assets, pages, and components within CMS and e‑commerce systems.
• Translate and adapt content for global rollouts.
• Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize content based on performance data and insights.
• Advise on effective use of UI components and templates to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure content meets brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and publishing deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative, IT, and marketing stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle.

• 2‑5 years of web design and content authoring experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfort collaborating directly with stakeholders to scope work and manage expectations.
• Experience creating and versioning website and email content.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS/ DXP platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or Lean experience is a plus.
