Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise-level applications using Pega 8.x, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate complex business requirements into functional and scalable Pega solutions.
- Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for financial services and payment systems.
- Develop and maintain integration components with external APIs and enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Pega Platform implementation, with strong expertise in Pega 8.x.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in implementing Pega Smart Disputes framework.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres).
- Experience in integrating Pega applications with external APIs and enterprise systems.
- Domain expertise in financial services, payments, or credit card processing, with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exposure to Pega LSA concepts or willingness to grow into an architect role.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment models and Dev Ops practices.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90,000.00 - $.
