About the Role
This role is a primary driver of the end-to-end engagement, project management, testing, and training approach within GO deployments. You will define how Workday projects should be governed and executed from an engagement perspective, shaping the methods, tooling, and content that delivery teams and partners use to manage scope, schedule, risk, testing cycles, and end‑user readiness.
You are responsible for continuously improving project governance frameworks, testing strategies, and training approaches, and for leveraging deployment tools and automation to make these practices consistent, scalable, and insight‑driven. You will translate delivery learnings, escalations, and engagement health metrics into concrete improvements to our deployment playbooks, templates, and workflows, ensuring teams have clear guidance to run successful projects.
As a Principal Product Advisor, you lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, partner closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Services, and Sales, and act as a key subject matter expert for engagement management, project execution, testing quality, and training effectiveness across GO deployments.
