The Organization is modernizing critical workforce and operational systems to improve mobility, usability, and scalability. We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support the modernization of legacy Oracle Forms / Reports applications, beginning with the Deviation Slips project, and to contribute to several upcoming initiatives. This role is hands‑on and delivery-focused, requiring strong Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and reporting expertise, along with experience integrating modern applications with legacy systems.

• Modernize and migrate Oracle Forms / Reports applications to Oracle APEX 22.x or later.
• Design and develop secure, responsive, and scalable APEX applications.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Integrate APEX applications with REST APIs, Oracle databases, and legacy Oracle Forms until decommissioned.
• Implement authentication, authorization, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure Dev Ops.
• Conduct impact analysis, capacity planning, and performance troubleshooting.
• Support QA, UAT, production deployments, and ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Produce technical documentation, provide user support, and deliver knowledge transfer and training.

• 5 years of hands‑on Oracle development experience, including Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with Oracle APEX 22.x or later, REST services, Dynamic Actions, and security.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL performance‑tuning skills.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c / 19c.
• Proven experience migrating Oracle Forms 12c applications to APEX.
• Experience developing reports with Power BI and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience using Git and Azure Dev Ops for source control and deployments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Familiarity with responsive UI/UX design in APEX.
• Experience supporting government or large enterprise systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD automation and Dev Ops best practices.

• Hands‑on development and testing of Oracle APEX and Power BI solutions.
• Compliance with QA, change management, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Timely resolution of production issues and performance optimization.
• High‑quality technical documentation and user guides.
• Successful collaboration with module leads to support UAT and production rollouts.
