Role Mission:

Facilitate the Agile Scrum process for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of features and continuous improvement. Act as a servant leader for the team, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and driving adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
    Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable; monitor progress and maintain transparency through burn‑down charts and dashboards.
  • Partner with Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories meet Definition of Ready and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders, facilitating communication to align sprint deliverables with business priorities.
  • Identify and address blockers impacting sprint progress; coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Solution Architects, QA, Dev Ops) to manage dependencies.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices; drive retrospectives to identify actionable improvements for future sprints.
Required

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain focus on delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations (Marketing Cloud, Mule Soft, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in healthcare or large‑scale enterprise transformation projects.
  • Health‑cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Performance Metrics & KPIs:
  • Sprint Predictability: ≥ 90% of committed stories completed per sprint.
  • Velocity Stability:
    Maintain consistent velocity across sprints with ≤ 10% variance.
  • Defect Leakage: < 5% defects escaping to production per sprint.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: ≥ 8/10 rating in quarterly feedback surveys.
  • Ceremony Compliance: 100% completion of required Scrum ceremonies per sprint.
  • Impediment Resolution Time:
    Average resolution within 24–48 hours.
  • Backlog Health: ≥ 2 sprints worth of groomed stories ready at all times.
  • Team Engagement:
    Positive trend in team health checks and retrospective action items completed.
