Pay Range$50/hr - $55/hr
Responsibilities- Business Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes. - Azure Dev Ops Backlog Refinement:
Maintain and refine user stories/acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items for development teams. - Solution Design Support:
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules Finance Customer Service Payments. - Process Mapping & Optimization:
Analyze workflows, identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. - Integration & Data Management Support:
Integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways and third‑party applications. - Testing & Quality Assurance:
Develop test cases, coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements. - Documentation & Training:
Prepare user guides, process documentation and deliver training sessions for end users. - Compliance & Security:
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, PCI DSS standards and data privacy requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field. - Experience:
5 years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain. - Experience:
3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations & Customer Engagement.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing and banking operations.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, API integrations, data migration and SQL.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT and ACH payment standards.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.
