We’re hiring a Lead IT Engineer to take ownership of IT infrastructure and operations for a technology organization operating a high-availability, business-critical platform.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on IT leader who enjoys being visible, accountable, and closely aligned with the business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Own and manage company‑wide IT infrastructure across Mac and Windows environments
- Administer Okta for SSO, MFA, and identity and access management
- Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
, including security, access, and user support - Oversee domain management, DNS, SSL certificates, and internal network configurations
- Lead office IT operations including hardware provisioning, networking, printers, and telecom systems
- Provide hands‑on helpdesk support for on‑site and remote employees
- Manage IT ticketing workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Implement and monitor security controls, endpoint protection, and compliance best practices
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, licensing
, and assist with IT budgeting - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to IT team members and vendors
- 10+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
- Experience managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting both on‑site and remote users
, including hardware provisioning
- Experience with Jump Cloud
- Prior ownership of full IT infrastructure and operations
- Experience in security‑conscious or high‑availability environments
- Mid‑Senior level
