Role OverviewThe Salesforce Technical Architect will serve as the strategic technology leader for large‑scale Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud, Enhanced CMS, and Commerce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, enterprise governance, and leadership in designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions. The architect will guide technical teams, advise stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and best practices.
Job DescriptionSalesforce Architect will design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on leveraging Agentforce capabilities and Einstein AI to build intelligent, autonomous agents and enhance CRM workflows across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds.
Key Responsibilities- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years as an Architect with robust Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Developed architecture and design for multiple client engagements, aligning with their business needs.
- 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing systems on the platform.
- Led 2–3 architecture and consulting engagements.
- Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents using Agentforce Activator and pre‑built skills for various roles and industries.
- Implement agentic workflows for automation and decision‑making.
- Utilize Prompt Builder, Prompt Store, and Agent Library for creating reusable AI workflows.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), data masking/demasking, and toxicity detection for secure AI operations.
- Work with Agentforce for Developers in VS Code and Code Builder powered by Code Gen and xGen‑Code models.
- Use AI‑powered tools for text‑to‑code generation, code explanation, test case creation, and debugging.
- Responsible for architecture and high‑level solution design.
- Define development guidelines and test execution plans.
- Guide the Scrum Master and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing within the project.
- Hands‑on in delivering the requirements.
- Thoroughly understand Object Oriented Concepts and MVC framework.
- Experience with other OOPS technologies such as Java, .NET.

- Good understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Hands‑on experience with web services, WSDL, and other integration aspects.
- Salesforce Expertise:
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL; experience with Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce features. - AI & Automation:
Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI principles, and Salesforce AI adoption strategies; familiarity with MCP servers and AI‑driven debugging tools. - Tools & Technologies:
Git, VS Code, SFDX, Data Loader;
Jira/Confluence for Agile project management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2).
- Additional certifications in Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud are plus.
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Business Process Design, Mapping, Salesforce Visualforce, Salesforce Data Architecture.
