Cable Technician

Overview

Support network infrastructure by performing Layer 1 cabling tasks at the main hospital and occasionally ponsibilities include tracing, testing, and documenting network cabling.

• Perform Layer 1 cabling work: run cable tests, trace cables, and use toner for identification
• Use Net Ally (or similar) to locate switch ports and verify connectivity
• Label and document cables and port mappings accurately
• Support moves/adds/changes (MAC) and follow hospital safety protocols
• Occasionally travel to clinics for cabling support

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
