We are looking for experienced Data Engineers to join our team and help design, build, and optimize data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality data products.

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
  .
• Build and optimize data workflows and transformations in Databricks
  .
• Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles (mid/senior level).
• Strong proficiency with:
  Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power BI
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based data architecture.
• Experience in the insurance industry (property & casualty preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Programming experience in Python or Scala for data processing.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
