We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promoters, teams, venues and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full‑service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment.

Victory Live is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, manage, and optimize the organization’s cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. This hybrid role combines Dev Ops and Site Reliability Engineering responsibilities, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable delivery of software and services. The Senior Platform Engineer will manage EKS and AKS clusters, maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops, and implement monitoring and observability with Datadog to drive system reliability and operational excellence.

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Operate and optimize EKS and AKS Kubernetes clusters, including scaling, upgrades, and workload management.
• Develop, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops and/or Git Hub to accelerate software delivery.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog, Elastic, and Grafana to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Drive automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives using Terraform.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability, system performance, and operational processes.
• Participate in incident response, on‑call rotations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Promote security best practices across cloud environments, including IAM, networking, and compliance.

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Dev Ops, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with both AWS and Azure services.
• Expertise in managing EKS and AKS Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with leading platforms including Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Semaphore CI, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or Power Shell).
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, Bicep, or Cloud Formation).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture in cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and incident response skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and IT teams.
