Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into actionable requirements and that project delivery is both timely and low‑risk. This position optimizes business processes, fosters data‑driven decision‑making, and supports the successful execution of complex enterprise initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead Business and Process Analysis:
    Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to document current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements, developing clear, actionable workflows aligned with organizational goals.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Management:
    Conduct stakeholder interviews, document, prioritize requirements and user stories, ensuring traceability from initial requirements through acceptance criteria and UAT.
  • Project Documentation and PMLC Artifacts:
    Deliver required PMLC artifacts (process maps, test plans, templates) in accordance with control plans, maintaining comprehensive project documentation for auditability and knowledge transfer.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Perform ad‑hoc data analysis using SQL or Excel pivot tables to validate requirements, identify trends, and generate insights; prepare concise reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Drive ongoing process improvement through stakeholder feedback collection, post‑release reviews, and implementation of lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating consensus, and managing expectations.
  • Support Change Management:
    Assist in developing and delivering training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Profile & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in technology, cybersecurity, or complex enterprise programs.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, interview facilitation, and end‑to‑end requirements management, including UAT.
  • Proficiency in practical data analysis (SQL or Excel pivoting) and experience with JIRA for tracking and managing project tasks.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality artifacts such as process maps, user stories, and test plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value and driving results.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Based in Atlanta, with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you are rewarded based on performance and recognized for value brought to the business. Base salary range: $77,500–$140,900 (U.S. national); $92,900–$160,500 in NYC, Washington, CA (excluding Sacramento).
