• Interview subject matter experts to clarify, edit, and coordinate inputs to either revise or create Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Procedures documentation for ISO 27001 compliance.
• Design and develop technical documentation using current standards. This includes documenting process flows and flowcharts, project data, diagrams, communication/training plans, and assisting in reporting measures as needed.
• Review and edit documents for proper use of terminology, grammar, punctuation, and style; ensure content is consistent, clear, and concise; validate accuracy of the technical information.
• Structure documentation content on SharePoint, organize and design procedures related to Clarity and managing project work within the system.
