Job Title:
Sr. Service Now Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions on the Service Now platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements
- Configure and customize Service Now applications, modules, workflows, and UI components
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Service Now platform issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Configure and support Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management to enhance IT operations
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
- Stay current with Service Now platform enhancements and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development and administration
- Strong proficiency in Service Now APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM / PSDS (Customer Service Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Service Now platform expertise (development, configuration, integration). Required. 6 years.
- JavaScript and scripting knowledge. Required. 6 years.
- API integration (REST/SOAP web services). Required. 6 years.
- ITSM and ITOM process optimization. Required. 6 years.
- ITSM, CSM, HAM experience. Required. 6 years.
