Job DescriptionRole Overview
The SAP Hybris Technical Lead will serve as the senior technical authority on e-commerce projects, overseeing the development team (both back-end and front-end developers) and ensuring successful delivery of complex solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and integration with SAP CX solutions, along with strong leadership and client‑facing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the day‑to‑day activities of the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for project teams, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities.
- Advise clients on optimal use of the platform to meet business needs.
- Drive technical excellence across multiple large and complex projects.
- Ensure compliance with e‑commerce best practices, including internationalization and localization standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP CX clouds with SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Expert‑level experience in leading large‑scale, complex e‑commerce projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and its advanced features.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C e‑commerce functionality and best practices.
- Working knowledge of all SAP CX clouds and advanced understanding of their integration points with SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Ability to map and estimate business requirements into technical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud‑based deployments and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- SAP certifications in Commerce Cloud or related CX solutions.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $192,460
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
