We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Senior Content Designer to support a remote team specializing in information architecture, content strategy, and user experience. This opportunity offers an engaging, flexible environment with a contract duration of 10 to 26 weeks, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, evolving projects.
Senior Content Designer Responsibilities- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of site-wide information architecture, including navigation, page hierarchies, content models, and user journeys across web and app platforms.
- Organize complex product offerings into clear, scalable content structures by translating ambiguous or conflicting inputs into understandable systems.
- Design cohesive content systems across entire user journeys, ensuring consistency and supporting future growth.
- Create reusable frameworks, templates, and patterns that facilitate rapid deployment and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with research teams, product teams, and stakeholders to leverage insights, translate findings into structural decisions, and validate content strategies.
- Over 7 years of experience in content design, content strategy, information architecture, or UX writing.
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement structural systems, journeys, and frameworks, with a strong portfolio.
- Strategic thinker capable of organizing ambiguity and designing scalable content solutions.
- Proficiency with Figma; familiarity with CMS workflows, particularly Webflow, is a plus.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and content hierarchy best practices.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
