Base pay range$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Contract thru July 2026 + Extensions
Remote (EST Hours)
Sr. UX ResearcherResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to uncover user needs across distinct business lanes
- Develop research plans aligned to enterprise UX strategies and business goals
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to teams
- Partner with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions
- Extensive experience developing and executing UX research strategies in enterprise environments
- Deep fluency in a variety of research methods
- Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of discovery work streams
- Mid-Senior level
