Position DescriptionAs an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting‑edge AI and ML solutions to address complex business problems. You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop innovative algorithms, models, and systems that drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise in AI and ML technologies will be essential in guiding the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and robust AIML solutions.
Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions on GCP (pre‑requisite) and Azure.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in any CGI office, and candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Your future duties and responsibilitiesDesign and develop high‑level architectural frameworks for AI and ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges, leveraging techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Evaluate new AI and ML technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and drive successful implementation of AI‑ML solutions.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors such as computational resources, latency, and memory constraints.
Work closely with data scientists, ML and data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and relevance of data for training and evaluation of AI and ML models.
Lead the deployment of AI‑ML solutions into production environments, integrating with existing systems and processes while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability.
Document architectural designs, algorithms, models, and implementation details, and effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required qualifications to be successful in this roleProven experience (10 years) in designing and implementing AI and ML solutions, with a focus on architecting scalable systems.
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI solutions on GCP and Azure is required.
Experience designing automation solutions with DocAI, Vertex
AI, and OpenAI is a must.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object‑oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
