Lead IT Support Engineer
Our client is seeking a Lead IT Support Engineer to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and operations. This role oversees the company’s hardware, software, and systems across both Mac and Windows environments. Responsibilities include managing identity and access solutions such as Okta and Jump Cloud, domain management, and Google Workspace (Gmail), ensuring secure, efficient, and aligned systems.

- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Okta for identity and access management, SSO, and MFA.
- Expertise managing Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Expertise managing Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with domain management (DNS, SSL certificates) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
- Understanding of office IT equipment, networking infrastructure, and basic system administration.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of IT support and systems management.
- Managing on-site and remote IT environments.
- Provisioning Windows and MacOS machines.
- Managing user accounts, security settings, and workflows in Google Workspace and Okta.
- Office IT setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jump Cloud a plus.
- Leadership and Management:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent project management and ability to oversee IT initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage IT support operations and resolve user issues timely.
- Communication
Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
$125,000 - $150,000
