Project Manager III

Role Overview :
Focus Area:
Works with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Manages POS-related programs and initiatives.
Team Structure:
Key leadership is based across the U.S., with additional managers in Ireland, the UK, and Canada.
Responsibilities:
Owns the technology side of projects.
Collaborates closely with product and commercialization teams to bring products to market.
Ensures business processes are followed on the technical side.
Supports project delivery from planning through execution.
100% remote

Onboarding Timeline (30-60-90 Days):
First 30 Days:
Assigned to a specific wave/initiative.
Begin meeting with key stakeholders.
Understand business context and priorities.
By 60 Days:
Develop high-level milestone plan.
Define project scope.
Lead kickoff.
Drive execution toward deliverables.
Key Skillsets:
Stakeholder Communication:
Ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders.
Project Management Expertise:
Strong understanding of scope, planning, design, and governance.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
Additional Details:
Interview Format:
Virtual, one-round interview ("one and done").
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Actively working on current projects (not looking for a traditional product manager).
Experience from a technology company preferred.
Strong "can-do" attitude.
Methodology:
Hybrid Agile/Waterfall (larger projects lean toward Waterfall).
Partnering with Scrum Masters from a planning perspective.
Project Types:
Primarily software and delivery-focused.
