The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving organic growth and visibility to assigned product categories, site segments, and experiences on  The candidate will analyze website performance and follow Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to identify and implement optimization strategies to ensure  ranks competitively for targeted keywords.

• SEO Strategy and Analysis – Monitor keyword/site performance and conduct research to identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility.
• Project planning and implementation – Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations.
• Cross‑functional partnership – Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to align opportunities and risks, strategic priorities, and to share category/site level insights. Represent SEO for assigned categories and work with partners to ensure SEO metrics are understood and prioritized into overall work streams.
• Reporting & Measurement – Track the performance of assigned categories/functions, measure the impact of SEO optimization projects, and provide data‑driven insights for continued improvement.
• Professional Development and Process Improvement – Stay informed on the latest industry changes with SEO and work to incorporate new strategies into existing processes.

• Prior experience with enterprise‑level SEO, preferably in a retail/ecommerce environment.
• Proven track record with successfully advocating for SEO, prioritizing work in a highly matrixed environment, and measuring the impact of optimizations.
• Deep experience with SEO and industry‑accepted best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify insights.
• Experience with enterprise‑level SEO tools, such as Google Search Console
  , Adobe Analytics
  , Brightedge
  , etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
