JOB DESCRIPTION
SharePoint/Microsoft 365 and Planview resource will be responsible for maintenance and support of on-premises and online SharePoint environments. Migration of existing on-premises implementations to new and amended SharePoint online applications. This role also includes Microsoft Teams maintenance of the Planview system including the portfolios, structures, users, resources.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and troubleshoot existing on-premises and online application ticket through Jira in the organization.Migrate on-premises sites to SharePoint online using Sharegate and custom development as needed.Build and troubleshoot Nintex on premise and online forms and workflows.Support Microsoft Teams and Planview cloud project management environment and implement enhancements.Convert Nintex on-premises and online forms and workflows to Microsoft Power Apps and Flows.Develop Power Shell scripts for any governance and reporting needs on both SharePoint and Microsoft 365.Write code using jQuery, JavaScript for developing web parts on SharePoint online pages.Develop and implement technical solutions in SharePoint online by understanding user requirements.Implement technical solutions in Azure to support requirements that are not supported in SharePoint.Configure user roles including setup, grants, and features in Planview.Maintain work and resource hierarchies in Planview.REQUIRED
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree within a technical related field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Management Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics). Master's degree would be preferred.Minimum 6+ years of experience in development and maintenance of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.Strong experience in coordinating the implementation of technical solutions on an enterprise scale.Strong experience in design, creation, testing and documenting of new and amended SharePoint Online applications.Strong experience in design, creation, testing and documenting of new and amended applications using the Power Platform (Dataverse, Model Driven / Canvas apps, Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate flows).Design, develop and implement technical solutions in Microsoft Azure environments using .NET and other programming languages.Strong experience on using Power Shell, including experience with PnP Power Shell.Implementation and best practices for Office 365/SharePoint Online standalone and hybrid scenarios.Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting Office 365 in general.The Planview system administrator will need to become knowledgeable very quickly about the organization's work management processes, as well as the organization's planning, scheduling, and timesheet reporting practices.Experience with Power BI report building.Own timely delivery, ensure quality.Should be able to express and put ideas for best implementations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
