Role:
Service Now Platform Automation Lead
Location:
Atlanta GA (1-2 days onsite in a week)
Full Time Position
Must have skills:
Service Now, Now Assist and CSM exp
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven experience in platform automation and strategic planning.
- Experience implementing Service Now’s Automation Engine software.
- Experience implementing Service Now’s Now Assist software.
- Expertise in automation tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement automation strategies.
• Assess and optimize existing processes for automation.
• Evaluate and deploy automation tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments.
• Establish metrics for user adoption and effectiveness.
• Comprehensive automation strategy document
• Regular stakeholder presentations on automation impacts and improvements.
• Quarterly progress reports on automation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly disciplined and motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills would be added advantage.
