Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead complex issue resolution efforts. This position works closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment
- Proven expertise in Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Proven expertise in Active Directory (AD DS)
- Proven expertise in Exchange Server
- Proven expertise in Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Proven expertise in Desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong experience with Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments
- Strong experience with Group Policy configuration and scripting
- Strong experience with Power Shell automation and task execution
- Strong experience with TCP/IP fundamentals, including DNS and DHCP
- 3+ years of experience with Active Directory upgrades, consolidations, or migrations
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including at least one year of mailbox migration experience
- 1+ year of experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory, including understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud-based SSO providers
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Experience coordinating with third-party technical support vendors
- Strong documentation skills
