Lead Salesforce Developer – Lead II – Enterprise Solutions
UST is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a major digital transformation initiative for one of our strategic enterprise partners in the financial services sector. This program focuses on modernizing advisor and client engagement through next‑generation CRM capabilities built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Responsibilities- Hybrid:
In office/remote - Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to deliver measurable business value.
- Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support story refinement, technical estimation, and solutioning.
- Contribute to Dev Ops initiatives, development best practices, automation, and process efficiencies.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform capabilities and ensure solutions follow industry best practices and internal development standards.
- 10+ years of web‑based application development or full‑stack development experience, including 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce development.
- Proficiency with the Lightning platform, including APEX, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and the Salesforce Data Model.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event‑driven patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops and modern CI/CD practices.

Administrator, Platform Developer I (PDI), Platform Developer II (PDII). - Nice‑to‑have:
- Experience implementing Salesforce or CRM solutions in the financial services industry.
- Active engagement with the Salesforce community.
- Familiarity with Datastage, OCP technologies, or related CI/CD tools.
$104,000‑$130,000
