As part of the IT department, this position reports directly to the Technology and Innovations Manager. Please note that the role is internally classified as Optimization Development Specialist and differs from the posted title for clarity to job seekers.
This role is hybrid (onsite three days, and remote 2 days per week) and is located at our Atlanta Corporate Office in the Perimeter area.
What we are looking for:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Recent graduate or professional with experience in data science, optimization, or AI model development (industry experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Sci Py, PuLP, OR-Tools, or Pyomo).
- Experience with SQL/Big
