Reports to the Director, Global Demand Center.

Location:

Preference for hybrid in Atlanta, GA (2-3 days per week in office). Remote considered for the right candidate.

• Own roadmap for web, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media.
• Own ongoing content calendar for paid ads and social media.
• Evaluate ABM platforms for targeted campaigns, work with Marketing Ops to implement, and then own ongoing execution of ABM programs in partnership with the ABM manager.
• Coordinate with campaign managers to plan and execute always-on campaigns and targeted initiatives.
• Align digital goals with broader marketing priorities.

• Run A/B tests and CRO to improve conversions.
• Own GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, and digital dashboards.
• Refine targeting and budget allocation for maximum ROI.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Practice Leads to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Oversee agencies and contractors as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives like EVP and events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years in digital marketing across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social.
• Proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
• Experience leveraging marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot preferred) for attribution and landing pages.
• Strong analytical skills and dashboard building experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and agency partners.
