Duck Creek Policy Developer

The Duck Creek Policy Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions.

This role requires strong expertise in Duck Creek Author, Express, and Manuscript tools, along with a deep understanding of insurance domain concepts, particularly Property & Casualty.

The developer will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical leadership to the development team.

• Design, develop, and implement Duck Creek Policy solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input.
• Support integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Duck Creek Policy development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Express, and Manuscript tools.
• Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts, especially Property & Casualty.
• Proven ability to lead design and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
