System Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Local Candidates Required?:
Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first)
Duration: 3 month contract
Interview Process: Phone + F2F/Skype
MUST HAVE:
- Expert experience in software installations: creating, testing, configuring, implementing and supporting software installs
- Strong documentation experience including the ability to provide support to the documentation of new and existing applications
- Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Ability to monitor and provide application support
- Level I and II support experience for licensed software issues and work to resolve tickets
- Working knowledge of Java and engineering applications (i.e. CAD)
- Ability to provide support to remote staff
- Excellent communication
NICE TO HAVE:
- CAD software experience
