Salesforce Technical Lead / Release Manager

📍 Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Cumberland area, Atlanta, GA)

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing company in the building materials and services industry, is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to set the technical vision, oversee offshore development, and manage the full Salesforce release lifecycle. If you love solving complex problems, mentoring developers, and owning release strategy end‑to‑end, this role offers a chance to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Guide and support offshore development teams, resolving technical challenges as they arise.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure high quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Own the complete release management process — deployments, testing, documentation, and production readiness.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows)
• Strong technical leadership and code review expertise
• Proven experience working with and guiding offshore teams
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and platform standards
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II strongly preferred)

Preferred:

• Hands‑on experience with release management in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
