Privileged Access Management Technical Analyst

• Lead quality assurance activities for PAM solutions, including test plan development and execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the IAM engineering team to define functional and control requirements.
• Document automation processes, workflows, and policies related to Privileged Access.
• Develop connectors for applications, databases, and directories to automate PAM solutions.
• Enhance project planning processes using Jira and facilitate team activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Identity Management requirements analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of policies, systems, and process impacts on projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with user roles, permissions, onboarding, SSO technologies, MFA, and HR systems like Workday.
