As a Software Solutions Architect

• Requirements collection and analysis
  :
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable system designs and implementations.
• Project delivery
  :
  Lead end-to-end software delivery, from blueprint design and scope definition to budgeting, development, testing, and client training, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
• Project management
  :
  Manage client expectations, drive satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly by partnering with R&D and technical teams, while ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Team empowerment
  :
  Share expertise across departments, providing guidance and training to both internal teams and clients to ensure successful system adoption and utilization.
• Product enhancement
  :
  Monitor industry trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product capabilities and continuously improve solutions.

• Has an intimate understanding of the customers needs
  , including the primary KPI for customer success and ensures software is designed to achieve.
• Experience in the warehouse automation field preferred
• Skilled in designing and implementing software solutions that support robust reporting, dashboarding, and data availability.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred fields: Automation, Information Technology, or Logistics).
• 1+ years of experience in overseas software delivery, with strong capabilities in requirement analysis and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both clients and internal teams.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to independently manage and resolve complex issues.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for business (approximately 10–20%).
