Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath automation solutions for a large-scale enterprise environment. This role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, guiding a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement robust RPA solutions using Ui Path for complex business processes
• Lead the full automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers; enforce best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and executive stakeholders to align automation strategies with business goals
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
• Administer and configure UiPath Orchestrator; manage bot deployment and performance
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Implement Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git Hub)
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures
• Monitor automation KPIs and ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and risk mitigation standards
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging RPA technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in software development
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade RPA development
• 5+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role for RPA projects
• Deep expertise in Ui Path , including Orchestrator setup and administration
• Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, frameworks, and best practices
• Proficiency in API integration, web services, and writing complex SQL queries
• Programming experience in C#, , Python, or Java
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and modern UI/UX frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
