Data Analyst
Master Data Conversion Specialist will be responsible for understanding how data should be created, maintained, interconnected, and utilized within the new ERP system to satisfy key stakeholder needs. During the project, this role plays a crucial role in system validation and integration testing by validating that business use cases are functioning as intended, supporting stakeholders by analyzing, validating, and displaying data to drive business results.
Job LocationWork out of our office in the Sandy Springs, GA area with periodic heavy domestic travel.
Job ResponsibilitiesERP Design & Preparation
- Work with business process leads, key stakeholders, and end users to understand end‑to‑end, cross‑functional data requirements
- Ensure data requirements are captured in business use cases
- Participate in master data discovery, extraction, cleansing, conversion, and loading
- Support data augmentation as needed
- Support data visualization as needed
- Understand data bridge to legacy systems and reports to support adoption of the new system
ERP Testing & Deployment
- Participate in User Review Testing and execute business scenarios
- Identify defects and issues
- Support business users with data integrity issues and questions during ERP go‑live & hyper‑care
- 3+ years of master data and ERP system expertise (including data extraction, cleansing, loading, and experience with SAP or another ERP implementation team)
- 3+ years of business process experience (including KPI reporting and data visualization to drive business results)
- Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve root causes and drive continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and accountability skills to manage work and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain concepts simply and clearly
- Innovative and cross‑functional mindset for improvement ideas
- Pleasant, likable manner while accomplishing challenging results
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
