ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a Senior Service Now Developer for our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of existing Service Now ITSM applications as well as implementation and development of new applications on the Service Now platform. To be successful, one should have prior experience implementing and deploying the core suite of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change), as well as experience developing solutions across the Service Now platform that leverage the automation and integration capabilities of Service Now.

You will be the Service Now expert working on SNOW projects for various clients and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance the service Service Now ITSM application.

This position is for full time employment with Configure Consulting and works normal business hours onsite and remote at various client locations. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Service Now toolset and integrations with related systems.
• Develop, maintain and enhance applications on the Service Now ITSM platform (help desk/service management)
• Support clients in Service Now operations like User/ Group administration, reporting, Metrics, SLAs, etc.
• Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
• Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise
• Be available to travel and work remote to support issues impacting Service Now or its related systems within the client’s enterprise.
• Support and enhance reporting solutions both within Service Now and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals
• Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
• Provide quality and consistent service to clients.

• Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years Service Now development experience (including some or all of the following: Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps)
  Able to travel throughout the US as needed.
• Qualifications
• Experience implementing scripted web services in Service Now
