Have you worked in plumbing and know how the day really goes — the calls, the complaints, the pressure to get it done right and fast?

We’re looking for someone who’s been there, done that — and is ready to take those skills to the next level by supporting customers and field techs from the inside.

This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday) that reports to the Service Manager. It’s hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who’s great with people, sharp under pressure, and wants to grow into a leadership‑support role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first line of support when customers call, email, or chat — troubleshoot problems, explain solutions, and keep things calm
  • Help field techs stay organized and informed — make sure they have the right info before and during jobs
  • Work directly with the Service Manager to keep the day running smoothly and customers happy
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy — and resolve them fast
  • Spot upsell opportunities when it makes sense for the customer and the business
  • Occasionally travel to field sites when needed (not often)

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years working in a plumbing company
    , dealing with real customer service issues
  • Strong communication skills — especially over the phone and email
  • Ability to work independently and make judgment calls when needed
  • Loyalty, directness, and a willingness to learn and be mentored

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Service Titan or similar service software
  • A background in dispatch, scheduling, or technician support

This isn’t a sit‑back‑and‑wait type of job. You’ll be in the mix, solving real problems every day — and you’ll be part of a team that values people who step up and get it done.
