Job Overview
Transcend LV is seeking an aspiring Assistant Project Manager with experience in the low‑voltage industry. Ideally, you’ve worked on or alongside commercial LV installation teams but are now looking to transition into a project management role and take a journey on a new career path. You’ll collaborate with project managers, clients, general contractors, and our installation teams. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals with strong coordination and communication skills and an interest in technology.

- Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year + Year‑End Bonus
- Employment Type: Full‑Time (Hybrid Schedule)
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Industry: Low‑Voltage / Security / AV (Commercial, Industrial)
- Assist the project manager with planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial low‑voltage installation projects.
- Track project schedules and coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients.
- Attend internal and external meetings and surveys and document key takeaways and next steps.
- Assist with preparing and managing submittals, RFIs, pay apps, closeout documents, and other project documentation.
- Help to ensure that field teams have all of the information, tools and materials needed to get the job done smoothly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the low‑voltage industry, either as a LV technician, projector coordinator, assistant PM, or a combination of those.
- Comfortable using technology tools such as project management software, spreadsheets, cloud‑based documentation apps, etc.
- Familiarity with reading construction blueprints and plans.
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
- Experience managing or supporting submittals, RFIs, and pay apps is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Office team typically works 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- (Hybrid work schedule may require you to work construction hours on days that you are on‑site)
Hybrid role based out of Transcend LV headquarters; mix of home, office & field.
