Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Our client, a leading accounting and finance software company, is actively looking for a Human Resources Support Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This will be fully remote, but must be able to come on-site to Atlanta, GA, occasionally.
* This role is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*
In this position, you will handling escalations for their front-line human resources team and assist in answering all employee questions that may arise. In this role, you will manage a high volume of highly sensitive cases, including employee loss cases, hardship cases, and LOA cases.
Responsibilities:- Act as an escalation point of contact and a coach to channel advisors
- Provide guidance and support to employees as well as managers on cases that require subject matter expertise
- Leverage playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management as well as contribute to ongoing improvements
- Provide end-to-end support to their employees
- Maintain and update employee-facing HR processes and policy documentation
Skills:
- 5 years of HR experience
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or Service Now
- Strong ability to communicate with various levels of the organization on sensitive matters
