Job description
A company is looking for an HR Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls and submitted cases related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Interpret and explain company policies including disciplinary guidelines and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to managers on complex or sensitive employee relations matters
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Representative or HR Generalist within a large organization
- English / Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with SAP and HR case management systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
