Job Summary

The Workforce Administration Associate is responsible for coordinating and administering Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management. This role will handle employee records, benefits administration, and payroll tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize Human Resource systems performance.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to drive Human Resource decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Human Resource teams to ensure smooth execution of workforce administration processes.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to Human Resource systems to improve data management efficiency.
  • Provide user support and training on Human Resource systems and processes.
  • Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in compliance audits and regulatory reporting related to workforce administration.
  • Required Qualifications

    Educational Requirements
    High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational School Diploma. Vocational Training/Degree may be preferred or required (some profiles may require additional education).

    Required Experience
    Two or more years of relevant experience.

    Proposed Salary

    Salary Range: $47,872 to $58,540

    Ability to build collaborative relationships.

    KNOWLEDGE
    This job requires basic knowledge and skill in data entry, data verification, and reconciliations.

    SKILLS
    Skills in customer service, research, and use of Human Capital Management (HCM) information system are required. Problem management. Oral and written communication skills. Clerical skills. Attention to detail.
