You’ll spend your days:
- Talking to high-earning technology professionals
- Building trust, excitement, and urgency

What You’ll Be Doing- Recruit and engage professionals for high-demand roles (contract & perm)
- Interview candidates and sell them on opportunities that fit their lifestyle and goals
- Build long-term relationships with providers and clients
- Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, from first call to placement
- Use modern recruiting tools and systems to stay organized and competitive
- Work closely with leadership to refine strategies and win more deals
- Stay sharp on market trends, pay rates, and hot specialties
We’re looking for confident, outgoing, competitive personalities, people who:
- Are former athletes, bartenders, servers, hospitality pros, or high-energy salespeople
- Are comfortable talking to anyone and building rapport fast
- Are money-motivated and hate capped commissions
- Want a career, not just a job
- Love winning, closing, and being rewarded for effort
- 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of technology roles and staffing workflows
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email - confidence matters)
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education
- Uncapped commission structure
