As our HR and Client Operations Coordinator, you operate as the central hub connecting Sales, HR, Accounting, clients, and external employees.
You drive the smooth operation of the HR Solutions division by ensuring that client projects launch without delay, external employees are onboarded and paid correctly, and inquiries are resolved quickly—resulting in satisfied clients, supported employees, and reduced administrative friction for internal teams.

- Experience with in a comparable role within HR, payroll, staffing, client support, or operations
- Serve as the first‑line contact for the HR Solutions support inbox; triage, respond, and route inquiries
- Provide customer service to clients and external employees from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate records across Applicant Tracking, HR, and payroll systems
- Track and follow up on outstanding items (signatures, approvals, documents, enrollments)
- Prepare, proof, send, and file client project agreements
- Draft and issue job offer letters; ensure correct pay rate, schedules, and start dates
- Set up external employees and supervisors in YER’s systems
- Guide external employees through onboarding steps (I‑9, direct deposit, standard benefit questions)
- Guide external supervisors through supervisory function within the HR system
- Answer routine questions about timesheets, schedules, pay cycles, PTO policies, and benefits
- Monitor and follow up on timesheet and approval submissions; verify hours, rates, and approvals
- Reconcile timesheets to assignment details; investigate variances (missing hours, rate mismatches)
- Submit payroll inputs for processing
- Provide plan summaries and enrollment instructions
- Enroll eligible external employees in benefits
- Maintain benefits status and effective dates; ensure deductions align with enrollments
- Ensure documentation completeness (I‑9, tax forms, client approvals) and file appropriately
- Follow standardized naming and filing conventions; keep audit‑ready records
- Protect confidential information; adhere to company policies and data privacy requirements
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to reduce errors and cycle time
- Work within HR, Applicant Tracking, timekeeping, Accounting, Docusign, and shared file systems
- Create and update process guides and FAQs for recurring inquiries
- Maintain templates for agreements, offer letters, and onboarding packets
