Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute a learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning initiatives
- Serve as the internal expert on adult learning, performance improvement, and talent development
- Influence stakeholders and guide learning decisions across the organization
- Design scalable learning solutions, including leadership programs, sales training, onboarding, and functional skill development
- Create and oversee blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, e-learning, job aids, and reinforcement tools)
- Ensure learning content is practical, relevant, and aligned to real-world application
- Facilitate high-impact learning experiences both virtually and in person
- Model strong facilitation practices and learner engagement techniques
- Coach leaders and facilitators to deliver learning effectively
- Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback
- Continuously refine programs based on business outcomes and learner insights
- Support post-training reinforcement and behavior change
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability
- Support change initiatives through targeted learning and capability building
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned to company values and business goals.
- Develop and manage internal communication plans for key initiatives, changes, and company updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading learning and development initiatives
- Strong facilitation skills with executive, manager, and frontline audiences
- Experience designing adult learning programs tied to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
- Experience in sales, operations, or leadership development
- Certification in learning, facilitation, or talent development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Experience leading learning through organizational change
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Learner-centric and business-driven approach
- High adaptability and emotional intelligence
- Ability to translate strategy into action
- Travel up to 25%
